The Rowland Hill Memorial Fund of Ireland provides financial assistance for serving and retired staff of An Post and eir, and their dependants who find themselves in need due to age, poverty or infirmity.  It also provides financial assistance for retired staff and their dependants of the former Department of Posts and Telegraphs, Telecom Éireann, eircom and eir.
